Thirteen-year-old Bianca was last seen at 6:15pm on March 10, 2005 in Foley, Missouri by her mother, who dropped her off at McIntosh Hill Road, a mile from their home.
Bianca had been having anger management problems and had a tantrum about doing chores on the day of her disappearance. Her therapist advised her mother to drive her a distance from home and make her walk back alone to deal with her aggression.
Bianca and her mom tried the treatment once which had been helpful and Bianca requested it again and asked to be dropped off further from home than before. She never made it home and hasn't been heard from again. Bianca's mom reported her missing at 8:20 that evening.
Bianca was carrying a flashlight at the time she disappeared. Investigators believed at first she got lost on her way home and if this theory was correct, she would've succumbed to exposure from the freezing temperatures that night. An extensive search has shown no sign of Bianca and investigators believe she's been abducted.
Bianca doesn't have any history of running away from home and her mom & her mother's live-in boyfriend have been ruled out as suspects. Her biological father was interviewed, but no other family members are considered suspects in Bianca's disapperance.
In 2007, Michael Devlin was considered a suspect in Bianca's case, but it's unknown if he's connected to her case at all.
Bianca suffers from ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and severe bipolar disorder for which she'd been hospitalized for it in her early childhood.
She has mood swings, aggressive tendencies, periodic anxiety attacks and difficulty with self-control as a result of her conditions. However, Bianca often acts like a normal teenager and it might be difficult to tell if she's sick. She takes several daily medications and if she doesn't take them, she will become disoriented and have hallucinations. Bianca may be in need of medical attention.
She was last seen wearing a lime green blouse, a gray Adidas hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
At the time of her disapperance, Bianca was an 8th grader at Winfield Middle School and was in special education classes because she has a short attention span & missed a lot of school due to her illnesses.
Bianca's father passed away in 2009, but her mother (who has since moved to St. Charles, Missouri) and her sister continue to look for her, but her case remains unsolved.
